Built by a house calls physician
who needed it for his own practice
Carviq started with a simple problem: nothing on the market was built for field-based healthcare. Every tool assumed your providers were in a clinic — same building, same front desk, same four walls. But running a mobile practice is a completely different operation, and the software gaps showed up every single day.
Dr. Trey Williams runs a pediatric house calls DPC practice. Providers going home to home, all day, across a metro area. Clinical messages coming in constantly. Mileage tracked on spreadsheets. No real-time view of where anyone was. No good way to hand providers the context they needed before walking into a visit. Post-visit follow-up eating up time that should've been spent on patients.
So he built Carviq — first just for his own practice, then realized other mobile practices had the exact same pain. Threaded clinical inbox with AI triage and provider handoff. Task management born from patient conversations. A patient timeline that gives AI full longitudinal context. Every feature in Carviq came from a real operational problem that had to be solved in the field. Not a product team guessing at what mobile practices need. Actual daily use.
"Carviq runs our own practice every single day. We're not just selling software — we're using it."
Carviq is now offered to other mobile practices through Evolve Care Partners, the MSO behind the platform. Charlotte, NC based. Built by people who do this work and know what it actually takes to run a field operation well.
We're onboarding a small cohort of early access practices — mobile primary care, house calls, home health, and others who see patients outside the clinic. If that's you, we'd love to talk.
The principles behind the platform
Field-first, always
Every decision starts with the provider in the field — not the admin at a desk. If it doesn't work at a patient's kitchen table, it doesn't ship.
AI that earns its place
We only add AI where it genuinely reduces work or improves care. No features for the sake of demos. Every AI workflow runs in production in our own practice first.
Security as a baseline
HIPAA compliance, signed BAA, patient data that never leaves your infrastructure. We built this for healthcare — privacy is never an afterthought.
Ship fast, stay current
We deploy continuously. When we solve a problem in our own practice, it's in the platform within days — not on a quarterly roadmap.

Dr. Trey Williams, MD, MBA
Pediatrician, house calls physician, and the person who built Carviq out of operational necessity. Runs Peds MD, a direct primary care house calls practice in Charlotte, NC — and uses Carviq every day to do it. His firsthand experience running field-based pediatric care is the product roadmap. When the platform evolves, it's because something real needed to be solved.
